ChantrySutton builders just completed handover on two new-build houses and one conversion of an old bakers building into a two-bedroom living accommodation for me as a private property developer. They worked together with me, through what can be quite a difficult process! and their standard of work and service was excellent. ChantrySutton builders were recommended to us to carry out major alteration and extensions to our newly purchased property. All the works were carried out to a very high and detailed standard. The amount of support, patience and communication we have received throughout the process of our home development is immeasurable. Stephen & David were also incredibly helpful throughout the design process where they gave us many creative ideas and they also designed and manufactured some incredible specialist joinery items and fitted custom made furniture units throughout. They truly have gone above & beyond to make our vision come to life. They made this an enjoyable and stress free project.

After seeking recommendations, we engaged with various local building companies to request quotations and decided to employ ChantrySutton builders. We liked their depth of knowledge, ideas, and helpful manner. They also provided us with a detailed itemised quotation which was in-line with our architects recommended budget. They extended and completely re-modelled our family home 18 months ago and did a fantastic job. They accommodated and fairly priced adjustments that we wanted and were always tidy, polite and punctual. This year we got them back to design, manufacture and install bespoke fitted furniture to two dressing room areas. In the next few months we are hoping to carry-out additional extensions to create an annex and loft space to accommodate family members coming to stay. We have instructed architects to work with ChantrySutton builders to work on our latest proposal and are looking forward to another stress free project.
